Event hosts have the option of adding A/V equipment to their reservation request. Most of our event spaces have built-in A/V capabilities; A/V packages can be bundled or individual items selected a la carte. It is the responsibility of the event host to maintain proper care and security of all A/V equipment during use; failure to do so will result in replacement fees.

Clients are required to provide their own laptop for all A/V needs. The Student Success Center can provide the appropriate connector cable – HDMI, VGA, or lighting port adapter.
