Welcome to Georgia Tech! In association with the Career Center, external corporations are permitted to host information sessions and interviews at the Bill Moore Student Success Center only. These sessions are strictly for the purpose of recruiting Georgia Tech students for employment. Information session hosts are eligible to receive a discounted room rental fee of $75. Information session hosts also have the option to add a discounted audiovisual package to their reservation for $125, which includes an LCD projector with a projection screen, microphone, and podium.
External corporations that host a workshop, coffee chat, luncheon, panel discussion, and any other event at the Bill Moore Student Success Center, external room rental rates apply.
Corporate staff can enjoy breakfast and lunch daily in the staff break room located on the Festival Suite level.
If you require a private space to make a phone call, host a conference call, or team meeting, please contact the Meeting and Event Manager to discuss details.
If your staff requires a check-in Host station, please contact the Meeting and Event Manager to discuss details. The student waiting area cannot be used as host check-in due to fire emergency protocols.
