The Success Center Reservations
Charges
- No space usage charge for departments on campus or companies presenting infomation sessions through Career Services or Co-op.
- For Campus Groups, there is a $100 charge for Friday night after 5pm and a weekend charge (Sat or Sun) of $200. This covers up to 4 hours. There will be a $25 charge for each additional hour after the first 4 hours. Off Campus groups pay the regular room rate.
- Groups will be charged for space usage if they are charging their guests for the event.
- Off Campus groups and on campus groups having a non-GT event will be charge for AV equipment.
GT Policies
- A $50 cleaning fee will be added to events using caterers outside of our preferred list.
- It is your responsibility to leave the room clean. There will be a $200 charge requiring excessive attention.
- Payments are due on or before the date of the event.
- Checks should be made payable to Georgia Institute of Technology. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Expess, by calling 404-894-1953.
